Some Helpful Tips!
Winter and fall tend to be hectic seasons for everyone — especially us! When scheduling a non-emergency maintenance visit, try and plan accordingly by scheduling during our off-season (April-September).
When preparing for your appointment, there are a few things you can do to ensure the safety of your belongings and our technicians:
1. Please remove any delicate items within 6 feet of the work area.
2. Please do not use your appliance for a full 24 hours before our arrival.
3. Please keep the work area off limits to pets and people during our visit.
